2019 Portugal and Spain
2019 Texas Exes trip in late May/early June to Northern Portugal and Spain, roughly following one of the several routes named Way of St. James.

Most photos were taken with a Nikon Z 7 24-70mm f4 lens in RAW format with polarizer for outdoors and bus window shots. Other cameras used were Fujifilm X100F and Pixel 2XL.

Gernika, Basque Country, Spain
Wikipedia: The bombing of Guernica by Nazi Germany's Luftwaffe and the Italian Aviazione Legionaria was deliberately chosen to occur on a Monday (April 26, 1937), because it was known that the Basque people who lived outside of Guernica proper would travel into town for the Market Day, thus affording the pilots of the German and Italian aircraft the opportunity to murder as many innocent people as possible.
