2019 Portugal and Spain
2019 Texas Exes trip in late May/early June to Northern Portugal and Spain, roughly following one of the several routes named Way of St. James.

Bodega Berroja, Basque Country, Spain
From tripadvisor.com: Txakoli (pronounced "choco-lee") primarily comes from three territories of the Basque region: Gipuzkoa, Biscaya and Alava. It is a white wine of great popularity for eating pintxos as it has a high acidity which cuts thru the fatty foods and oils used in that cuisine.
